Core Conditioning

Hatha Yoga

This is a Hatha Yoga class with a strong Iyengar Yoga influence. This will allow exploration of static postures with the occasional mini vinyasa while focusing on alignment. You can expect to build flexibility supported with strength by spending time in poses. Each week will have a different focus using standing, forward folding, back bending, or restorative postures as well as pranayama (breathing).

Power Position

Acquire stability and strength throughout your entire body while performing 30minutes of “power positions”. This class offers full-body isometrics including ramp ups from 50% 75% to 100%, and intervals of various isometric effort levels. Workouts will focus on major muscle groups and compound positions to maximize force output and metabolic activity for 30minutes.

SMART Strength & Conditioning

Train hard while training smart! This high intense class will take you through a dynamic warm-up, followed by strategic strength and endurance interval training, and finishes with a mobility cool-down.

Tai Chi

Come experience this internal Martial Art with Chad. Tai Chi (Taijiquan) is a fist system based on the dynamic relationship between polarities (Yin and Yang). This can be practiced throughout your life -  share in the health benefits of this exercise that originated in the 1500s!
