8 Week Healthy Heart Program

Using evidence-based methods and directed by nationally certified trainers with advanced degrees, this program will meet twice a week for 8 weeks to focus on cardiovascular endurance and respiratory strength. The Healthy Heart Program begins with a pre-exercise evaluation session to assess your current fitness level, VO2 max, and any ongoing injuries in order to best adapt the program to your needs. Train through a series of 1 on 1 cardio sessions monitoring your heart rate and level of work along the way. Finish the program with a re-evaluation of your progress to see results of increased oxygen utilization, a more efficient respiration rate, and an overall healthier cardiovascular system. The program is open to anyone wishing to improve or maintain cardiovascular health, whether or not they have had a cardiac event or musculoskeletal injuries.

8 Week Healthy Spine Program

This is a unique program designed to guide you through pain free exercise while introducing mobility, strength, and endurance into spinal structures and tissues. The 8-week program begins with a full body mobility, postural, and strength evaluation, followed by two months of individualized training sessions. Each session is structured to bring you one step closer to a more stabile and flexible spine while performing the movements your lifestyle requires.

Healthy Bone

12 Week Healthy Bone Program

Prevent bone loss and promote bone growth during PHP’s signature Healthy Bone Program. This program begins with a full DEXA scan review (DEXA scan not provided), a segmental joint motion evaluation, and a maximal voluntary isometric contraction (MVIC) evaluation. The 3 months of individualized training sessions will provide exercise interventions needed to address concerns of osteoporosis, osteopenia, and fall prevention.

Iron Runner Program

A 6-week progressive program that directly addresses your muscular strength imbalances and running inefficiencies.

The objectives for this program are to Improve your recovery from running through increased muscular strength and joint stability while also reducing your chance of injury and overtraining symptoms.

You will receive either 12 30-minute sessions or 6 1-hour sessions for a 6-week period. Optional Delos Therapy packages and informative videos and articles will be offered.
