Johnny Cooke, MS, COTA/L

Co-Founder

Co-founder and owner of PHP, Johnny brings over 25 years of experience in fitness, rehabilitation, and education. With a MS in Exercise Science and a licensed occupational therapy assistant, he holds advanced certifications in biomechanics, MATm, and RTS Mastery, he specializes in evidence- based training and biomechanical solutions for a wide range of clients.

Personal Trainer

Jared joined PHP in 2022 as a certified personal trainer specializing in individualized exercise programming. He leads the group ELDOA program, mentors new trainers, and is passionate about spinal health, strength training, nutrition and empowering clients through intentional coaching.

When I found PHP, I was ready for hip replacement due to severe pain, limited range of motion and pain. I have degenerative disk disease in my cervical and lumbar spine. I couldn’t put my coat on on my left side due to weakness and numbness. Now, I am virtually pain free and can put my coat on with little to no pain. Thanks to the PHP Team and facility, I am enjoying my pain-free and stronger life.
